The Importance of Self-Regulation in Training

I think there are many structured workouts that pre-programmed someone's rights and hold them to a fixed intensity. In 200 watts, if it's 190, it's a bad day. If it's 210, you've gone too much, making it up. That might be a bit too much. Or is that actually appropriate for today? It's through lesson. I think the precision is a word I don't like. Those aren't the drivers. They're the framework, they're the regulators, and they're the conversation starters.
