How to Make a Persuasive Case for Work Ethic

How do we make a persuasive case for work ethic if we're not going to preach about it? I think dirty jobs did a better example of that, simply by showing it, than really anything i've done since. Your best advocates are the people that have gone through it. They have the best stories to tell. But also, you need to empoynt people in the communities, in the black community, in the white subourban communities and in the hispanic communities,. That's how you make that persuasive argument. Now, this is where i on to get political for just a second, but not pick a side. The democratic party has wildly misunderstood hisphanic voters.
