What Would a World Without American Power Be Like?

We are getting a glimpse of what the world looks like without american power. It means that everything that, or much of what we took for granted, can no longer be taken for granted. That's the kind of world that we're look at if regimes like russia and china feel that they have the latitude to make these very ambitious and destructive moves. We have to put ourselves in the position of trying to think through what those scenarios might look like ten, 15, 20 years down the road.
