I make sour do at home quite a lot. Can tell by the split how it's proved as well, just rit how it's split. The thing is, we got so many nice bakers near us, so it sort feels a bit weird doing the bacon in london. If you were going to buy some bread rather than make it, where's your favourite bread from? I i don't buy soudo bread. And san francisco is the other one, but a long way to go. Yes e yer, the guys over in san francisco makes em incredible. So i'm going to san francisco. You not love it?
