Commitment and Hugging the X-Axis
I'm a proud generalist and dabbler but over the last I think last couple of years but in particular over the last couple of months I felt this pressure to develop a skill set but become a master in something. The hard part is going through the early stages of discipline before the world can hear the music that you're making that's what's really hard because you're always ahead of the world. You need to surround yourself with people whose opinions you trust and then just keep making your music and eventually the world will hear that Spencer has a symphony that he's playing.
