Nibbley and the Book of Mormon
Nibley looked at himself more as a historian, classical historian, and trained in classical eory. But i think he always felt like what he was doing with the book of mormon was on his free time. Not that it wasn't powerful research, but it wasn't his main focus. Ita, it was definitely a side thing for him at first.
