How to Hire a Virtual Assistant?

If you're new, i would highly recommend doing it yourself first. I only say go out to hire an agency or virtuil assistant to help with your time management. There are great sources of them, like the nablers and a group like helium ten. Before hiring an agency, before hiring a virtual assistant, there's nothing wrong with either of those. But experience teaches you so much.
