Quantum Realism
In the Indian tradition, it's called antahakaran, the inner instrument. But it's operating on a reality which is not classical. Beyond classical is quantum mechanical. And maybe that's what big data is missing out. Maybe what they need to do is to look at this big data and see whether viewing it from a quantum mechanical perspective will provide insights which are elusive otherwise.
