Leadership Isn't Listening, You Know?

The founder of Zoom, the video conferencing system, started this and look at what it is today. It's no surprise to me that you'll have these large organizations that are doing these somewhat backwards processes or at least highly inefficient ways of working deadlines. And then those people that are the practitioners there getting frustrated with that, leaving and either joining a startup that has better practices or starting their own company.
