Lupus is one of the things in my life that have taught me very clearly early on in my 20s oh you can't be stressed you'll be sick. Maybe herpes will be your ticket to peace and serenity because you just have to keep that immune response cool eat well sleep as much as you can don't be out all night in the clubs doing poppers please just look after yourself and take your medicine  you'll see that it's a really scary diagnosis but it'll be fine i have HPV i do have that and it's never a comeback you can't see it but like the doctor can see it, they'll let you know that it can be totally managed
