This is episode 99. I feel like I owe it to you at least in part a teeny tiny bit. That 16% protein is the optimal sweet spot of intake of protein which is just wrong. It's outdated quite alarmingly so. We're going back decades to before we had good data that was relative to the individual, notrelative to the individual's energy intake. You get to your 16 times table or your eight times table or four times table and people are just out.
