The Importance of Respecting Your Team

I was like, okay, I'm going to study and learn. So I see all of my, you know, people I've worked with and I had great relationships. It was great to see everyone. And then he kind of starts talking about leadership. There's 17, 18 people and I'm sitting there taking notes because I'm there to learn. He starts discussing how it's so important that when you have a team, you never publicly disrespect anybody in person. Like if something happens to an employee, you never like just blatantly make them look stupid or disrespect them in front of other people.
