Nat West, Halifax and Virgin Money have cut the interest rates on some of their mortgage products by nearly half a percent. A drop in inflation data in June has actually helped stabilize UK financial markets. And also reassure lenders that Britain is over the worst of these rising prices. Data released on Monday show that UK mortgage approvals did rise back in June.
