I would love to hear more about, you had a recent post on the five pillars building developer communities. These are knowledge sharing, education, trust building, genuine human connections and designing with empathy. Talk a bit more about that. It's so interesting because I thought that these five pillars of community building were unique to kind of hashy corp,. But I actually think it applies to just like any person building communities, especially like a developer communities.
