Introduction
The 45th President of the United States arrested and arraigned in a courtroom just as stones throw from the U.S. Capitol. Donald J. Trump arriving in Washington, D.C. to be indicted on four federal charges related to special counsel Jack Smith's investigation into attempts to overturn the election of Joe Biden. The former president standing up in court today and pleading not guilty to all four charges. Kevin McCarthy, who was at the Capitol on January 6th, when he's arguing that Trump is being prosecuted unfairly.
