How Do I Manage My Book Writing Burn Outs?

A lot goes into publishing besides writing. So how do you handle scheduling to cover, or netting slots when your timpwint coming ou with books that frequently? I'm just really like, live by my calendar, is the only way i can do it. Cause if i get behind, then i'm stressed, and nobody wants to be around me.
