Is There a Level of Trust in Financial Services?
The Edelman Trust Barometer found that financial services was the second most, second least trusted profession. Only ahead of social media - which is a horrible place to find yourself. So where are we falling down? Is it at the system level? Because we have a lack of faith in the financial system. Or is it really at that interpersonal level? And could we ever be trusted at the same level as a doctor?
