Introduction

Today is february thirteenth year, which is my sixtieth birthday. I wanted to sort of, i don't know, it feels like a day to reach out and thank people. Sometimes it's overwhelming life, you know, it's too much. And so i just got off a call with my mam, thanking her for this life, this body, this opportunity, and dumb, ultimately, thanks her for so many of the experiences that i've had.
