Lord Thomas Cochran's Trial Was Wrapping Up

Cochran was sentenced to one year imprisonment in king's bench state house. His name was removed from the navy's pension list and he was booted from parliament. But his defiant supporters went ahead and re elected him in the next election, even though he was sitting in prison.
