How to Prepare a Talk
Frank: I don't insist on using my laptop. If for example I'm the only speaker during the session and so there's setup time before and after or if everyone's using their laptop then that's definitely my preference. The most fool proof way of doing that is taking your talk and I don't do many animations in these kind of talks. It's to export your whole presentation just as static images with bullet points coming one after the other. You can't edit those on the day but you shouldn't be doing that anyway.
