The Boys in the Boat
John Mark: I love that spiritual formation happens nowhere but in community. As John Venier the founder of Laarce said virtue is a community project. What those 4,000 plus miles of practice were to the boys in the boat at the Berlin Olympics that people you do life with are to love. Our closest relationships which are our hardest relationships are the training ground for love. That's really all I'm about done.
