Ukraine's Counter Narrative to International Humanitarian Aid

I think Ukrainian civil society has been quite successful in sort of launching a counter narrative to the one from international humanitarian aid. And so I think that's actually a win for Ukraine. In terms of narrative probably we're getting there but if we are successful I will ask the horrible question where is the money going? The percentage of money going to local angels is clearly not even close to be enough.
