Coach Shelly C is a self-confessed "big C" coach. The show has helped her reach that level of success, she says. Coach Shelly C: I'm not certified because I have ADHD and I didn't complete. Some coaches can be certified and still not have the coaching presence they need. That's what stepping into big Z coaching means to me. And on the other hand, at Coach Shelli C, that's me, isn't certified. And she is one of the best coaches.
