The Fear and Greed Indexes Aren't Working, Right?
i pulled about 15 to 20 % of my portfolio into cash in the fall, and it's been well timed. There are some fear and greed indexes that basically just kind of look at, what is the market doing,. how are people reacting, and just tells you where it's at. The best approach for me is this idea of dollar cost averaging. I've been thinking this way since high school. Actually had an economics teacher who managed to drill this into my head was at our age.
