Having a Meeting Button in the Menu Bar

i used to have a little meeting o option in my menu bar where, if i ran it, it would hide a whole bunch of applications and things like that. It was for the best to make sure that these things were hidden from said people, and therefore could not inadvertently pop up in a meeting. Now i don't do that - but thanks to pushgot sense and efication to my phone, so that my phone can, i tap it, and i it automatically then puts my phone and do not disturba for the length of the meeting. But it, you know, a meeting bun is something that you can easily do with keo mistraye.
