The Five a Miracle: Wake Up Early
The first part of preparation is to decide when you're going to wake up and what your moine routine will look like, planned on paper in advance. This is where the five a miracle kicks in, where your main activity can be the first thing you do when you first wake up. I tend to choose exercise, but you could do a work project or a personal project. Right now, it's time to reclaim your health and arm your immune system with convenient daily nutrition.
