Deputy foreign minister said russia will deploy tactical nutes if nato doesn't give in to Russia's demands. This is the classic art of what i think of as russian heavy metal diplomacy, says pruton. But he adds that we should consider this as part of an overall campaign to ramp up attention. Pruton: I don't think we're heading for a full scale war but there always has to be that little asterisk.
