Is a POC Worth It?

In the early going for a startup, I would say, for some companies, you're working on your first 10 to 20 customers and you don't have a customer base yet. You don't want to be doing a POC evaluation the first time you close a million dollar deal. And then eventually once you have the data point, you'll be able to understand the dollar amount for which a POC is worth it.
