I think having a purpose or a meaning behind it, for me, is essential. If you want to enjoy the work you do and feel like it has meaning and purpose, there has to be vision. And I would say the people who enjoy their work the most are miserable billionaires. Like miserable people because they're just the numbers very big. So what now? Slightly bigger?
