Ares - Is Your Business Out of Space?
Ares is adding and not giving back space right now. How's Ares dealt with the back to office? I guess it starts with just a philosophy and a real cultural view that in person collaboration is what drives the business. So we're currently having people come into the office four days a week. We've instituted things in the summer like work from anywhere for two weeks in August. But, you know, at some point, companies need to stand for something. And if you're an office based culture, then you have to communicate that and get people back.
