The Role of Race in the Diagnosis of Migraines

Racial disparities in diagnosis and treatment are very common. Diagnosis of migraine, for example, is far lower for white patients than black or Hispanic patients. It's very hard to justify those differences on any biological basis. I think it strongly suggests that this is based on all the factors that really result in systemic racism in medicine, sadly.
