By 2012, after doing around 6,000 transactions all over the country, we said, you know, I think there's something there to buy and hold. And so for that reason, we always have had to as a platform stay one step ahead of where the market is. We were working with builders and buying only newly built homes. Then when people started doing newly built homes, we're going to have to have something that's valuable for our renters, for our customers. Let's focus on preventative health and newly built home. So that's what we've had to do to remain a market participant and an important and leading one.
