John Avlon: Chris Christie said that the rocket docket in South Florida could speed up the trial. He says it depends upon the judge, and some judges are very slow. The national security documents, there's a statute called SIPA, CIPA, which sets up procedures for reviewing the defense team to review classified documents,. That, without fault of anybody, is going to cause a substantial delay.Avlon: I think they must have had internal discussion that they didn't want to go into all these delays in a fight over venue.
