How to Get an Investment Banking or Private Equity Job

I think we lose a lot of social mixing which has social cost for us. Probably high school sports are the last time you see kids have vastly different backgrounds. I just encourage kids to go get in an environment where they can meet real people who are living paycheck to paycheck and think differently. There's nothing at Harvard or Stanford that's going to teach you that.
