Are We Really a Tech Business?
The tech valuation, they can go for 10X, 15X revenue, right? It's stupid high on the amount of revenue. So if you apply that to a management company, you and I would both be like, sure, write me the check. That's not reality. And so what's going on is these roll up conglomerations. They're doing good stuff. But we don't know if the bigger play is going to flush out. We'll see in seven or eight years.
