The Inflation or the Creation of New Money
Both parties are acting like they have access to that money. The effect would be seen by looking at, the let's say, if you put a box around the commercial banking system. And so i think the way i'm seeing it is that there are certain levels to which they can go to because of, say, capital requirements and things like this. But the inflation or the creation of new money, as i see it, is because both parties believe they've got access to the cash.
