The Power of Children - Is That Really True?

i'm an only child, and so i don't have siblings. The thought of being old and grey and not having that in my life any more really frightens me and makes me uncomfortable. Having children gives you something to care about that isn't yourself, and it makes you selfless. I've seen adults who have children go both ways. On one hand, you can let it humble you and let it make you more selfless than you've ever been before in your life.
