And that's what keeps the infection going because there's a lot of people who don't get diagnosed and hence either die or just pass on the tuberculosis. This, again, would cost in the order of $5 billion a year. But the benefits in terms of saving. So over the long run, we'd save about a million people in the short run. We'd save about 600,000 people. That's still pretty damn good. Imagine we could do that for every dollar spent would do $46 worth of good.
