The Importance of Forgiveness for Our Health
There's a growing body of research on forgiveness, not necessarily forgiveness meditation practice. Fred Luskin at Stanford University has done a lot of the research. When we hold on to anger and resentment, it's really actually unhealthy for us. Forgiveness is not in any way condoning or agreeing with what someone has done that's caused harm. It's really about frame our own heart and putting down the burden of resentment so that we can have all of our resources available to live our best lives.
