The Importance of Autonomous Vehicles in Rural America
The idea that this could, you know, at least help people get around a little bit more easily is an underrepresented way of describing how this might all be a great thing. The Governor's Highway Safety Association said 50% of all traffic fatalities in the US occur on rural roadways. It's just less controlled and there's more unexpected things happening.
