Treating Injuries in Runners?

Most running related injurie a what we call over use injuries. So you have exceeded a certain part of the body, a certain structure within the body,. That be bone ligament, tendon muscle, beyond its capacity. And if you exceed that with repetitive running or just overdoing it, then it's going to start breaking down rather than building up. We're mainly looking at abrupt changes in training. If there are ultr runners, which i'm sure are listening to this podcast, if they are operating at really high mileage, then we may be having the discussion of under recovering as well.
