The Differences Between American and Italian Food

I like good Italian food that's made in America, but I haven't found a really good place in North Carolina yet. A lot of times it's all the same ingredients just kind of prepare slightly differently. It doesn't make it bad. It just makes it makes a little different. And if you came to North Carolina, I don't think I would take you for an Italian meal because it would probably be one of those super American versions of Italian. All right. We can do the hot ones for sure.
