There's a field in a data-based environment that tells you why a payment was made. And there's like a field that is empty. There's a value that's just null. We leave that field blank if we're charging, if we're just billing the patient for their balance. The problem with that is any other exception and reason why a payment might occur will not be known by humans who can press the pay button at many different places.
