The video in question is of a British singer called Charlotte Aubrey. She became a sensation this year due to a viral Instagram and YouTube video. In the video she sings Lady Gaga's song Shallow, from the film A Star Is Born. But when she speaks, she does so in a completely different accent to the one that she was singing in. I'll talk more about it in a moment.
