The Democrats Are Going to Come After No Labels and Ever Return

I think the way to look about lawsuit though is that this is sort of the opening bell of a much broader war that is getting started now. I know the Republican Party and some of its consultants have been looking at this too. The Republicans will push back against this, but that said, those rules is very well funded. These sort of challenges mean slow things down, but I doubt they can disrupt the whole product.
