In a heated market, like if the the business is the ceo, the founder, venture firms, every one is all about how much you can mark up your investment. And the more heated the market gets, the more everyone focuses on terms like unicorn. As a post it hear's what the market is telling me it's worth to day. But by and large, it's pretty hard to know whether you're overheated or not.
