The Problems With Randomized Controlled Trials

Randomized controlled trials are very good but I would hate, I think the gold standard is going a bit too hard for me because I think they too have problems. The first trial actually carried out in London or streptomycin as a possible drug for curing tuberculosis. You can get a very good initial recovery during that period but then maybe you have a relapse later. So again, the moral I want to draw is there isn't really one type of evidence that's the best, it's really a combination of different types of evidence that is good.
