The Spirit of Despair Is What Cleared the Room

I bet many of you have had the spirit of despair. And this is a subtle one because despair actually robs Jesus of being able to use you to bring about good. It should not push us into isolation where we think that the only way to follow God is to do it by myself. Fear is not something that we can allow to rule our lives. Finally, I close with the lovelessness of Jonah. This is the spirit that I think God has been shaking me of. As your pastor and as a brother, as a part of this community, this is how we become free from the things that hurt us as we confess them.
