A lot of these more positive addictions serve a very important psychological purpose in terms of you either think you need it for love because of your childhood trauma or it distracts you from trauma. So all that to say, I saw Michael Jordan quote, I thought it was really interesting about his competitiveness now that he's retired and he's just competitive about everything. And they ask him, like, what's going on here? He said, I can't help myself. It's an addiction. You ask for this special power to achieve these heights."
