It depends on the nature of the problem we're trying to solve. But I think one of the best questions I like thinking of is like, what's the worst way you could solve this problem? Because that always gets interesting fun answers. Ultimately, what people do when they answer that is they will bring out some of their latent fears or maybe things they're nervous about.
